Symbols for Self-Remembering

Symbols: access points to (self-) remembering.

We all need access points to interrupt our autopilot, remind us of our intentions, and keep us in the Work.

For me these include symbols, meditative practices, like-minded social connections, nature, and leading shadow work trainings.

Pictured here are some symbols in my home: flowers / crystals / colour / shells / sacred geometry.

These items represent health, history, grounding, love, growth, abundance, and cosmic connectedness -- all in specific ways that are personal to me. They remind me of:

- my intentions
- my centre
- my ancestors
- my teachers
- my lessons
- the greater context

Their presence in my space serves as a touchstone — an access point — to remember who I am and what I'm doing here.

How do you remember?

❤️
