A "disturbance" might cause you to feel bad, sad, angry, frustrated, restricted, confused — any number of things.

All of those painful feelings are also calls from the universe — to slow down, to connect, to expand, to shift course, to communicate, to learn.

In every painful event there is medicine.

Whatever's happening is what's happening, simple as that. Resistance is futile — it's all part of your journey (resistance included!)

The ways you think about things — and the ways you change how you think about things -- are part of your journey too.
