1:1 Mentoring for Personal & Relationship Transformation
This is not your usual talk therapy (though it will include some talk therapy). Expect a week by week schedule with activities that encompass your whole being and expose the conditioning that holds you back from the life and love you desire, including: therapeutic sessions, visualizations and meditative experiencing, dream work, shadow work, relational practices, reading & writing, embodiment exercises, art, sound, and movement. How My Personal Programs Work
1. Intro Call: An initial complimentary call to see if we’re a good fit. I won’t work with you if I don’t think I can make a big difference in your life, and if your commitment is not apparent. Commitment is key — if you decide to go ahead, you are choosing to turn your energy and focus toward lasting transformation.
2. Attunement & Analysis: A Zoom call to attune our energy and introduce you to the foundational teachings that help guide your transformation. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately to start bringing more embodied presence to your life & relationships, and I’ll leave with a better sense of the building blocks needed to create your transformation plan. These calls typically take ~90 minutes, but I tend not to limit call length unless schedules require it — a good call ends in its own time. Knowing when something is “over” is an important part of self-connection and conscious relating.
3. Your Custom Plan: After our attunement call, I design a custom plan to support your transformation goals on a timeline that meets your needs with a schedule you can manage. IMPORTANT: My methods require you to undertake activities outside of your regular comfortable patterns of behavior, which is necessary to interrupt old conditioning and make real change in your life & relationships — you will be equipped with tools to regulate your nervous system and manage the discomfort that arises. You get some input into your plan, mostly around timing and aesthetic preferences; we’ll go over the plan together on our next call.
4. Personal Guidance & Follow-Up: You work your plan, week over week, with private access to me throughout by text, phone or email (Whatsapp or Messenger). Calls happen as often as needed for as long as needed, with minimum guidelines below:
A Reason — one scheduled call during your transformation, and one follow up call
A Season — at least one scheduled call per month throughout your transformation, plus follow-up
A “Lifetime” — at least one scheduled call per month throughout your transformation, plus follow-up
5. New Life & Aftercare: You get on with your life and relationships, with a new outlook deep in your bones and everyday tools you can use to reinforce your transformed ways of being in the world. Our relationship doesn’t end just because your transformation is “complete” — I am a real person and you can contact me anytime. I love to hear how things are going for you, and I’m always here to support you as best I can throughout your journey.
